Lifebox Training Program Agreement

By registering for the Lifebox Training Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You commit to attending the full duration of the training program.
2. You agree to use the knowledge gained for improving patient safety in your facility.
3. You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for training purposes.
4. You understand that completion of training does not guarantee certification if assessment criteria are not met.
5. Lifebox reserves the right to modify the training schedule if necessary.
